Salcombe Tallow Co. is a small independent business based in South Devon, UK. We handcraft natural skincare products using grass-fed tallow and organic ingredients.

2. Our Products
All our products are handmade in small batches. As a result, there may be slight variations in colour, texture and scent between batches. This is a natural characteristic of handmade products and does not affect their quality or performance.
Our products are cosmetic skincare products intended for external use only, unless otherwise stated. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition.
2.1 Cosmetic Product Compliance
All Salcombe Tallow Co. products are formulated and manufactured in compliance with the UK Cosmetic Products (Safety) Regulations 2004 (as amended following the UK's departure from the EU). Our products have been assessed by a qualified cosmetic safety assessor and hold a valid Product Information File (PIF) for each product.Full ingredient lists (INCI) are displayed on all product packaging and on our website in accordance with UK cosmetic labelling regulations.
2.2 Allergens and Skin Sensitivity
While our products are made with natural ingredients, some individuals may experience sensitivity or allergic reactions. We recommend performing a patch test before first use, particularly if you have sensitive skin or known allergies.
If you experience any adverse reaction, discontinue use immediately and seek medical advice if necessary. Please also contact us at thrive@salcombetallow.com so we can note the feedback.
A full list of ingredients for each product is available on our website and on the product packaging. Please check ingredients carefully before purchasing if you have known allergies.
2.3 Use During Pregnancy
Our unscented Freeda balm contains no essential oils and is considered safe for use during pregnancy. Our Eda balm contains organic lavender essential oil. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, we recommend consulting your midwife or GP before use of any product containing essential oils.
3. Ordering and Payment
By placing an order on our website you are making an offer to purchase our products. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. Delivery charges are shown at checkout.
Payment is processed securely through our payment provider. We do not store your card details.
4. Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 to 3 working days. Delivery times will vary depending on the postal service selected at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or other postal services once your order has been dispatched. If your order has not arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom. For international delivery enquiries please contact us directly.
5. Refunds and Returns

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by these terms.

All content on our website including text, images, logos, product descriptions and brand identity is the property of Salcombe Tallow Co. and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any of our content without our prior written permission.
7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Our products are sold as cosmetic skincare products. We make no medical claims about their ability to treat, cure or prevent any skin condition or medical issue.
Testimonials and reviews shared on our website and social media reflect the personal experiences of individual customers and are not guaranteed results. Individual results may vary.
To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, Salcombe Tallow Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
